Role Overview We’re looking for a driven Affiliate Marketing Associate to support and scale our influencer marketing efforts across South India. This is not a content creation or copywriting role— instead, it requires coordination, evaluation, and execution skills to manage influencer collaborations and ensure all video content meets brand expectations. You’ll be the bridge between the brand and creators, ensuring smooth execution of barter deals and consistent delivery of high-quality content for social media. Key Responsibilities: • Influencer Identification & Coordination: Scout and onboard influencers from diverse South Indian regions who resonate with our brand values and aesthetics. • Barter Collaboration Logistics: Manage end-to-end coordination for barter product campaigns—shipment, follow- ups, and tracking. • Content Evaluation & Brand Alignment: Review all influencer-generated content to ensure it adheres to The Indus Valley’s tone, values, and visual guidelines. • Real-Time Assistance: Act as a go-to point for influencers during their content creation journey—answering queries, solving problems, and guiding them on brand expectations. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with design, social media, and logistics teams to ensure seamless campaign delivery. • Workload Agility: Adapt to varying daily demands—some days will be high-output, others focused on coordination and planning. What We’re Looking For • 1–3 years of experience in influencer coordination, Affiliate marketing • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Familiarity with Instagram content formats (especially Reels) • Ability to evaluate video content from a brand perspective • Basic understanding of marketing workflows and campaign execution • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-performance environment • Knowledge of at least one South Indian language is a plus Culture at The Indus Valley We operate in a high-performance, ownership-driven culture where creativity, execution speed, and brand understanding matter.
