About the Role

Affiliate Content & Listings Manager


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and update listings across major education affiliate portals.
  • Coordinate with affiliate POCs to ensure updates go live on time.
  • Maintain accurate details for all campuses—courses, fees, facilities, images, brochures, etc.
  • Work with internal teams to collect updated information.
  • Track update requests, maintain status sheets, and run monthly audits.
  • Benchmark competitor listings ,suggest improvements & implement to be the industry first

Requirements

  • 1–3 years experience in affiliate ops, content ops, catalog/listing management, or EdTech.
  • Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and comfort with spreadsheets.
  • Prior experience working with affiliates in higher education is a plus
