Affiliate Marketing Associate

You will be joining Jetpac, a fast-growing travel tech platform under Circles Company, focused on providing innovative eSIM and travel solutions to digital-first consumers across more than 150 countries. As a part of the team, your responsibilities will include: - **Affiliate Partner Management:** - Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliate partners in various markets (Hunting). - Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing affiliates, providing support, resources, and prompt communication (Farming). - **Campaign Support & Optimization:** - Execute affiliate marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives to drive traffic and conversions. - Monitor campaign performance, suggest optimizations, and coordinate creative assets for affiliate use. - **Performance Tracking & Analytics:** - Track and analyze key performance metrics related to affiliate-generated traffic, conversion rates, and revenue attribution. - Prepare reports on affiliate performance and campaign effectiveness for internal stakeholders. - **Cross-Functional Collaboration:** - Collaborate with marketing, product, design, and data teams to align affiliate campaigns with company goals and brand standards. - Facilitate communication between Jetpac and affiliate partners. - **Administrative & Operational Support:** - Manage campaign calendars, update affiliate portals, and assist with contract and invoicing processes. - Support special projects and seasonal activations within the affiliate team. Qualifications required for this role include: - 1-3 years of experience in affiliate marketing, digital marketing, or a related field. - Familiarity with affiliate networks and tracking platforms like Impact, CJ, Rakuten, Partnerize. - Understanding of digital marketing channels and performance metrics. - Strong organizational, communication, and relationship management skills. - Analytical mindset with proficiency in tools like Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Analytics. - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
