Position Overview:

As an Assistant Manager/Manager for Affiliate and Partnerships, you will play a key role in expanding our brand's reach through strategic partnerships and affiliate marketing programs. This role provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in building and managing relationships with external partners. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to the growth of our D2C business.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Partnership Development:

  • Identify and evaluate potential partnership opportunities aligned with the brand's values and objectives.
  • Develop partnership proposals and presentations.
  • Monitor and analyze partner performance metrics, providing insights for optimization.

2. Affiliate Marketing:

  • Develop and manage the affiliate marketing program, including recruiting new affiliates and managing relationships with existing affiliates.
  • Create and distribute promotional materials to affiliates to support their marketing efforts.
  • Track and analyze affiliate performance, optimizing campaigns to increase sales and ROI.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to ensure the affiliate program remains competitive.

3. Relationship Management:

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing partners and affiliates.
  • Serve as a liaison between internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth collaboration.
  • Coordinate and facilitate communication channels to ensure partners and affiliates receive necessary assets and support.

4. Reporting and Analysis:

  • Compile and analyze data related to partnership and affiliate marketing efforts.
  • Generate regular reports on the performance of partnership and affiliate programs.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

5. Administrative Support:

  • Assist in the development of contracts, agreements, and other documentation related to partnership and affiliate onboarding.
  • Maintain organized records of partnership and affiliate communications and agreements.

Qualifications:

  • 0-2 years of experience in affiliate marketing and partnership management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
  • Basic understanding of marketing principles and digital platforms.
  • Proactive and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
