Job Description

We specialize in data-driven content marketing, influencer campaigns, and community management, offering creators a platform to grow and connect with brand opportunities.

Responsibilities

Recruit and onboard creators to the affiliate marketing program.
Engage potential creators via calls, social media, emails, and networking events.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content and promotional materials.
Provide ongoing support to maximize creators' earnings and promotional efforts.
Monitor and analyze affiliate performance, implementing optimization strategies.
Maintain strong relationships with creators, acting as their primary point of contact.
Manage campaign data and collaborate with the data team to ensure accurate tracking.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
Experience in influencer and affiliate marketing.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and affiliate marketing platforms.
Detail-oriented with a proactive, results-driven approach.

Preferred Qualifications

1+ years in influencer marketing or partnerships.
Familiarity with tracking tools like Google Analytics.
Knowledge of trends in affiliate marketing and digital advertising.
Certification in affiliate marketing is a plus.
