Role Summary

Application Lead specializing in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for Adobe AEM Sites.
• Lead the end-to-end design, build, and configuration of applications to meet business process and application requirements.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for project delivery and stakeholder management.
• Collaborate with multiple teams, guiding them in critical decision-making and solution design.
• Conduct knowledge-sharing and training sessions to strengthen team capabilities.
• Monitor project progress, ensuring timely delivery, quality assurance, and alignment with business goals.
• Provide scalable solutions for complex, cross-functional technical challenges.
• Drive innovation by staying updated on emerging trends in CMS, DAM, and integration frameworks.

Skills Required

• Minimum 12 years of experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites.
• Strong expertise in content management systems and digital asset management (DAM).
• Strong proficiency in web development technologies/front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
• Solid understanding of back-end integration methods, APIs, and third-party services.
• Experience with Java Enterprise Edition (J2EE).
• Exposure to modern web frameworks or cloud-based architectures.
• Experience in delivering multi-site, multi-lingual digital platforms.
• Track record of leading teams and managing project delivery in enterprise environments.
• Exposure to cloud deployment of AEM (Adobe Managed Services / AEM as a Cloud Service).
• Agile/Scrum project delivery experience.

Qualifications & Experience:

• 15 years of full-time education required.
• Minimum 10.5 years of experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites.
