Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled

AEM Architect

with 12+ years of IT experience and deep expertise in

Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)

to design, architect, and deliver enterprise-level digital experience solutions. The candidate will provide architectural leadership, define best practices, and guide teams in building scalable and high-performing AEM platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Lead architecture, design, and implementation of AEM solutions including Sites, Assets, Forms, and Communities.
Define technical roadmaps, frameworks, and integration strategies with enterprise applications.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and cross-functional teams to align digital experience solutions with business goals.
Ensure best practices in coding, performance optimization, security, scalability, and maintainability.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.
Oversee deployment and integration with marketing automation, analytics, and personalization tools.
Stay updated with the latest AEM features, cloud offerings, and Adobe ecosystem enhancements.

Required Skills & Experience

12+ years of IT experience, with at least 68 years in AEM design and development.
Strong expertise in:

AEM 6.x / AEM as a Cloud Service architecture.
Core AEM components, OSGi, Sling, JCR, Dispatcher.
Integrations with CRM, DAM, third-party systems, and APIs.
Front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, React/Angular preferred).
DevOps & CI/CD pipelines for AEM (Maven, Jenkins, Git, Cloud Manager).

Proven experience architecting and deploying large-scale AEM implementations.
Strong knowledge of Adobe Marketing Cloud ecosystem (Target, Analytics, Campaign)..
