We are seeking a Senior AEM Developer to support our Adobe AEM platform and develop enterprise-level digital experiences. Your primary responsibility will be overseeing every aspect of the AEM tech stack and designing/developing all layers of our applications. We require your commitment to collaborative problem-solving, sophisticated design, and delivering high-quality products. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining websites and custom applications on the Adobe AEM platform. Collaborating with other developers and end users is essential to ensure technical compatibility and user satisfaction. You must adhere to web standards, governance, and provide input on application development and change management methodologies. Aligning site design with industry standards, best practices, device and browser support is crucial. You will develop strong customer relationships to drive positive change and contribute to defining and implementing IT solutions. Additionally, actively managing our AEM environments to ensure system health and resilience will be part of your role. Your responsibilities will also include diagnosing and resolving technical issues related to AEM environments and their components, as well as modernizing and updating legacy applications. You should have a Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related field, along with at least 5 years of web application development experience.
