AEM Architect

You will be working as an Application Lead specializing in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Acting as a subject matter expert (SME) for Adobe AEM Sites. - Leading the end-to-end design, build, and configuration of applications to meet business process and application requirements. - Serving as the primary point of contact for project delivery and stakeholder management. - Collaborating with multiple teams, guiding them in critical decision-making and solution design. - Conducting knowledge-sharing and training sessions to strengthen team capabilities. - Monitoring project progress, ensuring timely delivery, quality assurance, and alignment with business goals. - Providing scalable solutions for complex, cross-functional technical challenges. - Driving innovation by staying updated on emerging trends in CMS, DAM, and integration frameworks. Skills Required: - Minimum 12 years of experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites. - Strong expertise in content management systems and digital asset management (DAM). - Strong proficiency in web development technologies/front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript. - Solid understanding of back-end integration methods, APIs, and third-party services. - Experience with Java Enterprise Edition (J2EE). - Exposure to modern web frameworks or cloud-based architectures. - Experience in delivering multi-site, multi-lingual digital platforms. - Track record of leading teams and managing project delivery in enterprise environments. - Exposure to cloud deployment of AEM (Adobe Managed Services / AEM as a Cloud Service). - Agile/Scrum project delivery experience. Qualifications & Experience: - 15 years of full-time education required. - Minimum 10.5 years of experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites.,
