We are looking for Copywriter (Team Lead): Experience: 3+ Years Location: Pune (Onsite) As a Copy Lead, you will spearhead the creation of high-impact content that drives measurable results and resonates deeply with our target audience. Leading a team of skilled writers and collaborating closely with cross-functional departments, you will craft persuasive copy optimized for performance across various channels—from digital campaigns and social media to websites and print materials. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring the consistency and effectiveness of our rand messaging, while innovating new strategies that align with our performance marketing objectives. With a focus on delivering compelling narratives and optimizing content for maximum engagement and conversions, you will play a crucial role in driving the success and growth of our performance-driven content initiatives at SRV Media. Key Responsibilities: ● Creative Delivery: Ensure timely and exceptional delivery of copy and creative assets, prioritizing client satisfaction and swiftly addressing any concerns that may arise. ● Creative Innovation and Experimentation : Promote creativity and explore innovative ideas and formats to elevate campaign performance and foster experimentation. ● Training Sessions : Organize frequent training sessions to boost team proficiency in advanced writing techniques, creative brainstorming, and current marketing trends. ● On-Time Deliverables : Guarantee punctual delivery of content outputs and uphold clear communication with all stakeholders involved. ● Creative Strategy Development : Create and refine content strategies to align with strategic objectives and maximize project impact. ● Client Presentation : Present client deliverables actively and incorporate feedback to enhance strategy, ensuring client satisfaction and active engagement. ● Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams : Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to contribute actively to integrated campaign strategies, ensuring cohesive and client project implementation. ● Market and Competitor Analysis : Perform comprehensive content analyses for clients to glean insights into industry trends and competitor tactics. ● Resource Management : Effectively oversee resource allocation to meet project requirements and maintain team productivity and organization.
