Advertising Copywriter

As a highly experienced and visionary Copy Head, your role will involve leading the copy team to deliver compelling communication across all platforms. You will shape brand narratives, guide creative storytelling, and inspire a team of writers to excel in every project. Key Responsibilities: - Develop impactful, original, and brand-aligned content across campaigns, digital, ATL/BTL, and new-age media platforms. - Conceptualize and execute integrated communication strategies in collaboration with the Creative Director and other leadership members. - Define and maintain the brand voice, tone, and storytelling style across all client deliverables. - Review, refine, and approve copy to ensure quality, creativity, and alignment with client objectives. - Collaborate with account management, design, strategy, and digital teams to deliver cohesive campaigns. - Present creative ideas and campaigns confidently to clients and senior stakeholders. - Mentor and coach team members to foster creativity, accountability, and continuous improvement. - Stay updated with industry trends, digital innovations, and cultural shifts to keep the creative approach fresh and relevant. Qualifications Required: - 8-12 years of experience in copywriting and creative strategy within advertising, digital, or brand communication agencies. - Proven track record of leading creative teams and managing client-facing communication. - Exceptional ability to conceptualize campaigns and translate brand strategies into impactful stories. - Strong understanding of consumer behavior, media landscapes, and integrated marketing. - Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire. - Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines without compromising quality.
