Department: Business Development / Admissions Organization: English Caffe Location: Greater Noida/ Noida sector 18 Role Overview The Admission Counsellor is a core sales role responsible for converting leads into admissions through effective communication, strong follow-ups, and value-based counselling. The counsellor must understand student needs, build trust quickly, and close admissions with confidence. Key Responsibilities Lead Conversion & Sales Convert daily inbound and outbound leads into admissions. Achieve weekly and monthly admission targets. Counsel students on course benefits, outcomes, pricing, and demo classes with a sales-driven approach. Use need-analysis questions to identify student pain points and pitch English Caffe as the best solution. Follow-Up & Pipeline Management Maintain strong and timely follow-ups with warm, hot, and demo-converted leads. Prevent lead leakage through disciplined follow-ups and CRM updates. Maintain a healthy admission pipeline and ensure consistent conversion rates. Communication & Closing Build instant rapport with students to develop trust. Handle objections confidently (fees, time, course duration, etc.). Offer guidance and reassurance to help students take a decision. Close admissions on calls, WhatsApp, and walk-ins. Reporting & Coordination Record daily calls, follow-ups, demos, and admissions in CRM. Coordinate with trainers for demo class scheduling and batch allocation. Share daily performance reports with the Business Development Manager. Performance Expectations - Strong sales mindset with daily call targets and weekly admissions goals. High energy, confidence, and ability to manage multiple students at once. Consistent improvement in conversion rates and monthly performance. Skills Required - Excellent sales communication (English & Hindi). Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities. Ability to handle pressure and work towards aggressive targets. Good objection-handling and problem-solving skills. Basic computer and CRM handling skills. Eligibility1–2 years of sales / counselling / telecalling experience preferred.
