Job Title: Admission Counsellor Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and motivated Admission Counsellor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the admission process, providing them with accurate information about our programs, and ensuring a smooth transition into our institution. Key Responsibilities: - Provide expert guidance to prospective students and their families on admission procedures, eligibility criteria, and program details. - Build strong relationships with students, parents, and educational consultants to promote our institution's programs. - Conduct counselling sessions, either in-person or virtually, to address student queries and concerns. - Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in education and admission trends to provide informed guidance. - Collaborate with the admissions team to ensure seamless execution of admission processes. - Meet or exceed recruitment targets while maintaining high standards of student satisfaction. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Education, Psychology, or related fields preferred). - Proven experience in admission counselling, student recruitment, or a related role. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Preferred Skills: - Knowledge of education systems and admission processes. - Familiarity with CRM software and other admission management tools. - Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
