Destiny Sscience is an established education company founded by Mr. Arviend Sud, specializing in Numerology and Vastu, with a dedicated student base of over 35,000 learners. As we continue to grow and expand our reach, we are seeking a reliable and experienced Admin Department Manager to lead our in-house admin team and oversee day-to-day coordination across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee a team of

  3–4 admin executives

  .
• Monitor and ensure timely responses to messages on

  WhatsApp, email, and social media

  platforms.
• Supervise and clear

  comments and engagement on social media

  posts.
• Coordinate with the

  sales team to fix appointments

  and maintain scheduling efficiency.
• Work closely with the

  founder

  to arrange meetings with vendors, partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Prepare and maintain basic reports related to admin and communication tasks.
• Ensure daily workflow is streamlined and team members are meeting deadlines.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in

  admin or team coordination roles

  .
• Strong

  computer skills

  : email, Excel/Sheets, Google Drive, social media handling, and messaging tools.
• Good command of

  written and spoken English and Hindi

  .
• Highly

  organized

  , proactive, and good at multitasking.
• Ability to manage a small team and handle task delegation effectively.
• Professional attitude with strong attention to detail.
