Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position for an Admin Manager located in Udaipur. The Admin Manager will oversee and manage daily administrative operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning of the organization. Responsibilities include coordinating office activities and services, managing staff schedules, overseeing budgets and expenses, maintaining records, and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations. The role requires strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills to support a dynamic work environment.

Qualifications

  • Administrative Skills: Proficiency in office management, organizational tasks, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Team Leadership: Experience in managing and leading teams, assigning tasks, and ensuring goal accomplishment.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to collaborate with different teams and stakeholders effectively.
  • Problem-Solving Abilities: Capability to address administrative challenges and implement effective solutions.
  • Time Management: Strong skill in prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technical Skills: Working knowledge of office tools, software, and systems to enhance workplace efficiency.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in administrative management or similar roles is preferred.
  • Knowledge of the fashion industry and an understanding of brand identity will be an advantage.
