Job Summary: As an IMAGE EDITOR AND RETOUCHER EXECUTIVE, you will assist in enhancing and retouching product images under the guidance of senior team members. This role offers an opportunity to learn and develop skills in image editing while supporting the creative needs of our organisation. You will collaborate closely with the image editing team to ensure that visual content meets quality standards and project requirements. Key Responsibilities: Image Editing Assistance : Assist senior image editors in retouching, enhancing, and manipulating images using editing software such as Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Lightroom. Quality Assurance: Review images for quality control, ensuring that they meet technical specifications and adhere to brand guidelines. Make necessary adjustments under supervision to ensure consistency and accuracy. Collaboration: Work closely with senior image editors, and graphic designers to understand project requirements and provide support as needed. Learn from experienced team members and contribute to achieving project goals. Training and Development: Participate in training sessions and workshops to improve image editing skills and learn new techniques. Actively seek feedback from senior team members to enhance performance and proficiency. Workflow Support: Assist in organising and managing image files, maintaining an organised and efficient workflow to ensure timely completion of projects. Stay Updated: Keep abreast of industry trends, tools, and best practices in image editing and photography to continuously improve skills and knowledge. Qualifications and Requirements: Proven experience 1+ years as an image editor or similar role, with a basic portfolio demonstrating basic understanding in image editing. Familiarity with image editing software such as Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Lightroom. Strong attention to detail and a passion for visual aesthetics. Excellent communication and learning skills. Ability to take direction and learn from feedback. Collaboration & Planning with team members.
