Key Responsibilities

Automation & Workflow Execution

• Build and maintain automation workflows using

  Zapier, Pabbly,

  webhooks, and Google Sheets
• Streamline lead flow from ad campaigns into CRM, WhatsApp tools, email tools, etc.
• Ensure automated sequences (WhatsApp, SMS, email, RCS) are correctly triggered and monitored
• Troubleshoot integration breakdowns and optimize flows for speed and accuracy

Webinar Management & Funnel Coordination

• Plan and execute the full lifecycle of high-ticket webinars
• Coordinate with performance marketing to align lead generation & conversion goals
• Manage real-time engagement during webinars — responding to comments on Zoom, WhatsApp, etc.
• Prepare and share attendance, performance, and conversion reports

Cross-Functional Team & Vendor Management

• Work directly with:

• Performance marketing agencies

  for ad tracking and lead flow

• Website/app teams

  to test lead journeys, fix bugs, and deploy updates

• Content & social teams

  for email/WhatsApp/LinkedIn campaigns and video approvals

• PR agencies & podcasters

  for collaborations and external promotion

• Recruitment partners

  to hire for sales/admin roles
• Set expectations and track deliverables across all internal/external teams
• Maintain SOPs, trackers, and dashboards to keep projects aligned

Who You Are

• 3–5 years of experience in

  operations, growth marketing, or tech-enabled execution roles

• Strong hands-on experience with tools like

  Zapier, Pabbly, Make, Google Sheets, WhatsApp APIs, CRM systems

• Proven ability to manage webinars, funnels, and cross-functional collaboration
• Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders and owning execution from start to finish
• Highly organized, proactive, and capable of working under minimal supervision
