Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day office operations, including facility management, security, housekeeping, and utilities.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain office administrative policies, procedures, and systems.
  • hiring, training, evaluating performance.
  • Maintain office infrastructure — IT equipment, furniture, inventory, maintenance schedule, and upgrades.
  • Maintain and monitor administrative budget; track and control expenses, find cost-saving opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory, health, and safety regulations.
  • Prepare regular reports on administrative performance: cost analysis, performance, space utilization, etc.
  • Drive continuous improvement in administrative processes, identify process bottlenecks, and propose solutions.
  • Coordinate with other departments (HR, Finance, Operations) for cross-functional administrative support.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication (verbal & written) to coordinate with internal teams and external agencies
  • Leadership and people management skills — ability to mentor and motivate admin staff.
  • Analytical mindset — for budgeting, cost control, and process optimization.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and facility or admin management systems.
  • Problem-solving attitude; ability to identify issues and drive improvements.

Preferred Experience

  • Prior experience in facility management
  • Experience working in a fast-growing or dynamic organization.
  • Exposure to statutory compliance (safety, fire, license, etc.).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
