Role Responsibilities Provide comprehensive administrative support to the management and team. Coordinate office activities and operations to ensure efficiency. Prepare and maintain documentation and reports. Manage schedules, appointments, and correspondence. Assist in project coordination and management tasks. Maintain office supplies and inventory for smooth operations. Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications. Support event planning and execution activities. Facilitate communication between different departments. Maintain filing systems both electronically and physically. Assist team members with various administrative tasks. Process expense reports and project documentation. Conduct research as required for various projects. Develop and streamline administrative processes. Provide general support to visitors and clients. Contribute to a positive team environment. Qualifications Proven experience in an administrative support role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Strong problem-solving skills. Experience with office management systems and procedures. Ability to work collaboratively within a team. Knowledge of customer service principles. Adaptability and willingness to learn new skills. Prior experience in a tech or startup environment is a plus. Strong initiative and ability to work independently. Educational background in business administration is preferred. Basic understanding of project management principles. Willingness to support various levels of staff.
