Admin Support

We "Winjit Technologies Pvt. Ltd" are having an opportunity for "Admin".

Location: Baner, Pune

Key Responsibilities

Administrative Support

• Manage reception duties and maintain a professional, welcoming environment.
• Handle courier services and oversee incoming/outgoing parcels in coordination with the Nashik team.
• Liaise with the Facility team to ensure optimal temperature regulation and office comfort.
• Support onboarding and offboarding logistics including:
• Gate pass issuance
• ID card distribution
• Parking coordination ( Only on Day 1)
• Assist the People & Culture team with event logistics and coordination.
• Manage office supplies (e.g., pens, writing pads) and coordinate with vendors to ensure timely replenishment and facility upkeep.

Basic IT Coordination

• Maintain and document IT inventory (e.g., mouse, laptops, chargers, monitors).
• Assist new joiners with biometric setup, Wi-Fi access, and other basic IT configurations.
• Coordinate with internal/external IT teams for laptop repairs and formatting.
• Help the employees with basic issues and guide them towards right IT Person in Nasik

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience in administrative or back- office support roles.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams.
