Job Description

As a Telephone Operator at FedEx, your primary responsibility will be to answer telephone calls in a professional manner following company policy. You will also be required to direct visitors in accordance with local specified procedures, perform security and safety-related duties as defined locally, and take and relay accurate and timely messages as required. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining a current telephone listing, performing all related administrative activities, and providing contingency cover as required. Your role will also involve admin and support tasks related to billing.
