Job Description

Purpose/Objective


    To manage and oversee administrative functions related to property, vendors, assets, facilities, and cost optimization, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities of Role


    Key Responsibilities Property Management - Timely payment of rent and renewal of agreements. - Registration and safekeeping of property documents and lease agreements. - Coordination for branch shifting/opening and exit processes, including recovery of security deposits. Vendor Management - Ensure statutory and utility payments before due dates. - Vendor registration and PR approvals as per company policy. Asset & Facility Management - Maintain AMC for assets and vehicles, ensure timely repairs and disposal of scrap. - Upkeep of office facilities, pest control, courier services, and stationery. Budget & Cost Control - Implement cost-saving initiatives within approved budgets. - Track expenses GL-wise and raise S-Now requests for cost center allocation. Data & Branch Management - Maintain MIS and submit timely reports to HO. - Visit major branches every six months to meet stakeholders and vendors.

Technical Competencies


    Property and statutory compliance management.,Vendor and payment process handling.,Asset and facility upkeep, including AMC tracking.,Budget monitoring and expense control tools.

Qualifications and Experience


    Qualification & Experience- Qualification: Graduate in any discipline (preferably with specialization in Administration/Facilities Management). - Experience: 3–5 years in administration, property management, vendor coordination, and facility management.
