Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Ensure the overall supervision and care of hostel students, providing a safe and supportive environment.
Manage daily activities, including meal planning, cleaning schedules, and maintenance tasks.
Conduct regular checks on student well-being, identifying any issues or concerns and taking appropriate action.
Develop and implement programs to promote student growth and development, such as extracurricular activities and counseling services.
Collaborate with faculty members to ensure effective communication between academic departments and residential life.

Desired Candidate Profile

5-10 years of experience in hostel management or related field (warden activities).
Strong knowledge of hostel operations, including accommodation, food preparation, cleanliness standards, etc.
Excellent communication skills for interacting with students from diverse backgrounds.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high levels of professionalism.
