Public Relation Officer (PRO) (Posted 3 weeks ago) Job code : AGA102 Bachelor s / Master s Degree in any discipline (preferably Public Administration, Business, or Communication)
Job Description Serve as the primary liaison with government authorities, regulatory bodies, and public offices
Handle all statutory registrations, renewals, and approvals (Factory License, Pollution Control Board, ROC, etc.
Manage company documentation related to PF, ESI, Labour Department, and other compliance matters
Coordinate with legal and administrative departments for submission of documents and reports
Represent the company during inspections, audits, and official visits
Prepare and maintain official correspondence, applications, and renewal records
Build and maintain positive relationships with local authorities, vendors, and community representatives
Support management in CSR activities, public events, and company promotions
Maintain confidentiality and ensure all records are accurate and up to date
Stay informed about government policies, industrial regulations, and legal updates relevant to the company
Banking and Finance related records maintenance
Required Skills 5 10 years of experience in
Public Relations or Liaison roles
in an industrial or corporate setup
Strong knowledge of government procedures, licenses, and statutory compliances
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and local language
Good interpersonal skills with a professional and courteous demeanor
Proficiency in MS Office and documentation handling
Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently
