JOB DESCRIPTION: PUBLIC RELATIONS OFFICER (PRO)

Location: Poojapura, Trivandrum, Kerala

Salary: ₹15,000 - ₹20,000 per month

Job Summary:

We are hiring on behalf of our client for the position of Public Relations Officer (PRO). The ideal candidate will be the face of the organization, responsible for managing communications, handling inquiries, and maintaining positive relationships with customers and the public. We are looking for candidates with excellent interpersonal skills who are eager to learn and grow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors.
• Handle incoming inquiries (in-person, phone, or email) in a professional manner.
• Maintain a positive image of the organization through effective communication.
• Address customer concerns and provide accurate information regarding services.
• Assist the management team with basic administrative tasks and coordination.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

Eligibility & Qualifications:

• Education: Any Graduate / Diploma.
• Academic Status: Candidates with back papers/arrears are eligible to apply. We value skills over academic clearance for this role.
• Experience: Freshers (0 years) to 2 years of experience.

Key Skills Required:

• Excellent Communication Skills: Must be able to speak clearly and confidently (proficiency in Malayalam and English is preferred).
• Pleasing personality and good interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer knowledge is a plus.
• Ability to handle situations with patience and politeness.
