Job Description

Admin Manager / Estate Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Farmhouse Administration & Maintenance

Oversee day-to-day operations of the farmhouse and surrounding property.
Ensure proper upkeep, cleanliness, and maintenance of the entire estate.
Coordinate with gardeners, housekeeping staff, drivers, and security personnel.
Manage repairs, AMC services, and maintenance vendors.

Staff & Vendor Management

Supervise and schedule estate staff.
Handle attendance, discipline, and task allocation.
Coordinate with external vendors for repair work, supplies, and services.

Property & Asset Management

Ensure safety and security of the property.
Maintain records of assets, inventories, and consumables.
Monitor utility usage (water, electricity, generators, pumps, etc.).

Administrative Responsibilities

Handle purchases, bills, petty cash and record-keeping.
Manage visitor entry, deliveries, and logistics.
Coordinate with the owner for daily updates and reporting.

Event & Guest Management (If Required)

Arrange and supervise small gatherings, meetings, or visits.
Ensure hospitality standards for guests.

Desired Candidate Profile

15 - 20 years of experience in
estate management / admin management / facility operations.
Experience handling
farmhouses, villas, estates, large properties, or similar setups.
Strong leadership and staff-management skills.
Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving ability.
Should be highly reliable, trustworthy, and disciplined.
