Job Description

Admin Executive / Farm Supervisor / Field Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Farmhouse Operations

Supervise daily activities and ensure the farmhouse is well-maintained
Check cleanliness, gardening work, and property upkeep
Coordinate with housekeeping, gardeners, and support staff

Administrative Tasks

Handle basic documentation, bills, purchases, and record-keeping
Maintain inventories of supplies and consumables
Manage petty cash and expense logs

Maintenance & Vendor Coordination

Monitor repair work, maintenance tasks, and service providers
Coordinate with electricians, plumbers, gardeners, and other vendors
Ensure timely resolution of property-related issues

Field & Outdoor Responsibilities

Check outdoor areas, equipment, and farm surroundings
Support plantation, gardening, and landscaping activities
Monitor water supply, electricity usage, pumps, and basic utilities

Support to Management

Provide daily updates on activities
Assist in guest visits, small events, or owner requirements
Handle basic coordination and communication tasks

Desired Candidate Profile

3 - 5 years of experience in admin, field supervision, facility management, or similar roles
Experience working in
farmhouse/villa/estate/field operations
is highly preferred
Good communication and coordination skills
Active, responsible, and able to manage work independently
