Responsibilities:

• Canteen Management:

  Oversee the operations of the company canteen, ensuring hygiene, quality of food, and smooth functioning.

• Transport Management:

  Coordinate and manage the transportation services for employees, ensuring punctuality and safety.

• Uniform Management:

  Ensure that all employees receive the correct uniforms and maintain inventory for timely distribution and replacement.

• Stationery Management:

  Manage the procurement and distribution of office stationery, ensuring availability and cost-effectiveness.

• Scrap Management:

  Oversee the disposal and recycling of scrap materials in accordance with company policies and environmental regulations.

• Housekeeping Management:

  Supervise and coordinate daily cleaning and maintenance of the office premises, ensuring a clean and organized work environment.

• Gardening Management:

  Oversee the upkeep of the company's garden areas, ensuring that plants are well-maintained and the environment is aesthetically pleasing.

• Other Admin Functions:

  Perform various administrative tasks as required to support the smooth operation of the factory.

Requirements:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration, Management or a related field.
• 810 years of experience in handling administrative functions preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setup.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple functions, vendors and teams effectively.
