Purpose/Objective


    The Administration Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of administrative functions within Adani Cement’s Ahmedabad location. This role is designed to support the business unit’s operational excellence by managing office operations, vendor coordination, and document control. The position aligns with Adani Cement’s commitment to sustainability and operational efficiency, contributing to the broader mission of building a greener and more efficient future for the nation.

Key Responsibilities of Role


    - Oversee and manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring smooth functioning and adherence to organizational standards. - Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure timely delivery of services and materials, maintaining cost efficiency and quality. - Utilize SAP/ERP systems for data entry, record-keeping, and tracking administrative processes to ensure accuracy and compliance. - Maintain and control documentation, including contracts, agreements, and operational records, ensuring secure and organized storage. - Develop and manage office schedules, ensuring optimal resource allocation and adherence to timelines. - Facilitate effective communication and coordination between internal departments and external stakeholders. - Monitor and manage office supplies, ensuring availability and cost-effective procurement. - Support the implementation of sustainability initiatives in administrative operations, aligning with Adani Cement’s green energy and decarbonization goals. - Assist in planning and organizing meetings, events, and training sessions, ensuring logistical efficiency. - Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards within the office premises. -

Qualifications and Experience


    Experience: - Proven experience of 5 to 8 years in administrative roles, preferably within the manufacturing or cement industry. - Proficiency in SAP/ERP systems for administrative and operational tasks. - Demonstrated expertise in vendor and contractor coordination, office management, and document control. Qualification: - Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or a related field. - Advanced certifications in Office Management or ERP systems (preferred).
