Job Title: HR and Recruitment Manager

Position Overview:We are seeking a highly skilled HR and Recruitment Manager to join our team in Gurgaon. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing and leading our talent acquisition efforts, ensuring we attract and retain top talent to support our global operations. Your expertise in recruitment and HR management will be critical to our success.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition:Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Collaborate with department heads to understand their staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies accordingly.Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and job boards.Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

HR Management:Oversee all HR functions, including employee onboarding, orientation, and offboarding.
Maintain and update employee records, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.Manage benefits administration and employee relations.Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.

Team Leadership:Supervise and mentor HR and recruitment staff, providing guidance and professional development opportunities.
Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture.Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.

Compliance and Reporting:Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
Keep up-to-date with changes in labor laws and regulations affecting the workplace.Prepare reports and provide data-driven insights to senior management.

Talent Development:Identify training and development needs within the organization.
Implement programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.Support succession planning and talent retention initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in HR and recruitment roles, with at least [3-4 years] in a managerial capacity.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR laws and regulations in India.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • A proactive and adaptable approach to problem-solving.
