What You’ll Be Doing

Office Administration:

• Manage office operations, supplies, and vendor coordination to ensure a smooth and organized work environment.
• Oversee facility maintenance and cleanliness, ensuring a high standard of comfort for employees.

Documentation and Records:

• Maintain and update physical and digital company records, files, and databases.
• Prepare accurate reports and presentations to support leadership and team objectives.

Meetings and Events:

• Schedule and organize meetings, appointments, and team-building activities.
• Handle logistics for events, ensuring seamless execution.

Communication and Support:

• Act as the first point of contact for internal and external communications.
• Provide administrative support for teams and leadership, including travel arrangements and expense management.

Compliance and Policies:

• Ensure adherence to company policies and assist in implementing new administrative systems.

Driving:

• Perform office-related errands and coordinate travel when required, including driving for official purposes.

Technical Expertise

We’re seeking an Admin Executive with:

• Experience: 5+ years in a similar role.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with IT systems and biometric devices.
• Interpersonal Skills: Good communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
• Preferred Knowledge: Vendor and facility management experience.
