Job Title: Office Assistant Location: Guwahati (Onsite) Employment Type: Full-time About the Role: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Office Assistant to support our day-to-day office operations. The ideal candidate should be a graduate with prior experience in administrative tasks and possess strong technical skills to manage real-time online tracking and database systems efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Assist in daily administrative and operational tasks. Maintain and update real-time tracking databases and online records. Manage filing systems (digital and physical) and ensure accuracy of data. Handle correspondence, documentation, and communication between teams. Coordinate with internal departments for task updates and follow-ups. Support in scheduling meetings, handling office supplies, and maintaining office organization. Conduct regular online tender searches on government and private tender portals and maintain related records. Prepare basic reports and summaries as required. Requirements: Graduate in any discipline. Minimum 3-4 years of relevant experience in office administration or coordination. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace. Tech-savvy with experience in online data tracking or database tools. Excellent communication, multitasking, and time management skills.
