Admin Executive

Your attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to multitask will be essential in ensuring seamless support services aligned with company standards. - Provide high levels of administrative support to internal customers such as store managers and department heads. - Ensure timely resolution of internal escalations and maintain a logbook to track administrative issues. - Maintain office decorum, housekeeping, and guest management facilities. - Handle travel arrangements for employees and management, including accommodations. - Develop and manage the administration department budget, implement cost control strategies, and monitor expenditures. - Oversee maintenance and repairs for offices, stores, and warehouses, ensuring compliance with safety regulations. - Manage allocation and utilization of key infrastructure across retail locations. - Maintain administrative documents, ensure timely renewals of contracts/licenses, and manage vendor relationships. - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, or related field. - Strong coordination, negotiation, and vendor management skills. - Proficiency in MS Office and administrative software tools. - Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask. - Knowledge of compliance standards, infrastructure management, and budgeting.
