Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Receptionist located in Ahmedabad. The Receptionist will be responsible for managing the front desk, greeting and assisting visitors, handling phone calls, and performing general clerical duties. The role also involves providing excellent customer service and maintaining a welcoming and professional environment for clients and staff.

Qualifications

• Strong Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties skills
• Clerical Skills including filing, data entry, and scheduling
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications are a plus
• Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred
