Job Description

 
  • Maintain and organize both digital and physical company documents, files, and records.
  • Draft, review, and update operational, compliance, and site-related documentation.
  • Handle correspondence, data entry, and prepare reports as required.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors/partners for documentation needs.
  • Manage site-level administrative tasks, including attendance, invoices, and office supplies.
  • Ensure timely submission of all statutory and compliance-related documents.
  • Assist management with audits and inspections by preparing the necessary documentation.
  • Requirements:

  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Basic understanding of administrative processes and compliance documentation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi/Marathi.
  • Willingness to work full-time from the Uran site.
