Job Description

Job Title: Admin & Accounts Executive

Department: Administration & Finance

Reports To: Administrative Officer / Finance Manager / General Manager

Job Summary:

The Admin & Accounts Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day administrative activities and assisting in financial operations. The role ensures smooth office functioning, accurate record keeping, and timely support to both the administration and accounts departments.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Administration

  • Manage office operations, correspondence, and filing systems.
  • Coordinate with departments for administrative requirements and logistics.
  • Maintain inventory of office supplies and ensure timely procurement.
  • Handle staff attendance, leave records, and related documentation.
  • Support in organizing meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
  • Liaise with vendors, maintenance teams, and service providers.

2. Accounts & Finance

  • Assist in day-to-day accounting activities such as voucher preparation, data entry, and reconciliation.
  • Handle petty cash and maintain proper records.
  • Support in billing, invoicing, and follow-up of payments.
  • Prepare expense reports and assist in month-end financial closures.
  • Coordinate with the auditor and finance team for reports and documentation.

3. Compliance & Reporting

  • Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial and administrative records.
  • Support in maintaining statutory compliance (GST, TDS, etc.) under supervision.
  • Prepare periodic administrative and financial reports as required.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in administration and accounts.
  • Working knowledge of Tally/ERP software and MS Office (Excel, Word).
  • Familiarity with basic accounting principles and office management.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
