KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Collaborate with the foundation's leadership to design, plan, and execute programs and initiatives that address our community's needs. 2. Coordinate and manage day-to-day operations of assigned projects, ensuring timelines and objectives are met. 3. Act as a liaison between the foundation, community partners, volunteers, and beneficiaries to foster effective communication and collaboration. 4. Assist in the development of project plans, budgets, and resource allocation to maximize impact and efficiency. 5. Organize and oversee events, workshops, and campaigns, ensuring they align with our goals and values. 6. Support in the recruitment, training, and coordination of volunteers to enhance project implementation. 7. Monitor and evaluate program outcomes, collecting data and feedback to measure success and identify areas for improvement. 8. Prepare regular progress reports and updates for the foundation's leadership and stakeholders. 9. To be in a position to travel if required to coordinate with various hospitals and stake holders. 10. Contribute to marketing and communication efforts to raise awareness about the foundation's projects and impact. 11. Stay informed about social trends, community needs, and relevant best practices to continually enhance our programs. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Social Sciences, Nonprofit Management, Community Development). 1. Proven experience in program coordination, project management, or related roles within the nonprofit sector. 2. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain effective relationships. 4. Problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and project management tools. 6. Passion for social impact and a deep commitment to our foundation's mission. 7. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment. 8. Familiarity with community outreach, event planning, and volunteer management is a plus. To devise marketing plan for the local and international market for wigs and extension products. With the special emphasis of addressing the needs of the cancer patient, hair loss individual, fashion markets, etc., f. To ensure the clients are well taken care of by our team members on that they do not think or feel the need to see other companies. g. To develop new products for example shampoo & conditioner to market it effectively to our clients as well as to the local market. h. In order to service the client effectively if there is a need to travel to meet with the clients and same needs to be done. i. To ensure that smooth flow of information with the production team & periodical visit to assess the product developments and challenges faced by them in executing the order. j. To ensure the relevant information given to the purchase team is being right material which will be beneficial for production and marketing. k. To be the face of the Exim department with other departments and also to ensure effective reporting of the marketing department and it’s functioning to the Management. l. Implement the planning for the shipment and buffer stock to be maintained in for the regular customer and order. m. Handling walk in customers if required n. Cost control in the department activities. o. Assign / Monitor the day to day work in the department and conduct the meeting in the department on weekly basis. And train them to develop the skill and communication if shortage. p. Reporting to Top Management on daily basis.
