IT Systems Administrator

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.Perform server administration tasks such as:

• User and group management
• Security permission settings
• Group policy management
• Print services
• Research and resolution of event log warnings and errors
• Resource monitoring and optimization

2. Monitor data center health using existing tools and promptly respond to hardware issues.

3. Build, test, and maintain servers as required.

4. Maintain internal IT infrastructure, including:

• Laptops and desktops
• Servers
• Routers, switches, and firewalls
• Printers and phone systems

5. Support and maintain internet, intranet, LANs, WANs, and network segments.

6. Collaborate with help desk and other technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues.

7. Conduct root cause analysis and provide technical support as needed.

8. Perform routine and scheduled system audits, including backup verifications and updates.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
