IT Systems Administrator

Job Summary:

We are a creative agency looking for a Systems Administrator to manage our office infrastructure. You will be responsible for network uptime, bandwidth management, and the physical maintenance of high-performance workstations (Windows & Mac).

Responsibilities:

Network & Connectivity

• Manage office internet infrastructure (Dual-ISP setup).
• Configure and monitor Load Balancing to ensure bandwidth is distributed efficiently between upload/download tasks and general browsing.
• Troubleshoot network latency, packet loss, or downtime immediately.
• Manage local LAN, Wi-Fi access points, and switch configurations.

Hardware & Maintenance

• Windows Fleet:

  Maintain "Heavy" workstations used for 3D rendering and video editing. Perform regular stress tests, thermal monitoring, and physical cleaning (dust/fans) to prevent throttling.

• Mac Fleet:

  Support Mac Mini (M1-M4) and MacBooks. Ensure OS stability and connectivity.

• Troubleshooting:

  Diagnose and fix hardware failures (RAM, PSU, GPU) and software conflicts.

• Assembly:

  Assemble custom desktop configurations for the design team if required (selecting and installing components).

Requirements

• Proven experience as a System Administrator or Network Administrator.
• Strong knowledge of

  Load Balancing

  , Failover configurations, and Router/Switch management.
• Deep understanding of PC Hardware (GPU/CPU thermals, Power Supply requirements).
• Hands-on experience with Windows 10/11 troubleshooting and macOS Support.
• Ability to physically maintain equipment (cleaning, cable management, parts replacement).

Nice to Have

• Experience building custom PCs from scratch.
