Key Responsibilities

Administrative Responsibilities (Primary Core Role):

  1. Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring smooth functioning and a professional work environment.
  2. Manage office supplies, vendor coordination, facility maintenance, and administrative documentation.
  3. Organize employee travel arrangements, meeting schedules, and company events or gatherings.
  4. Serve as the first point of contact for office-related queries and provide administrative support to all departments.
  5. Coordinate with HR and Operations for onboarding arrangements, office setup, and other employee support requirements.
  6. Maintain systematic filing and record-keeping for administrative and statutory documents.

Accounts Responsibilities (Secondary Learning Opportunity):

  1. Assist in basic financial tasks such as recording transactions in Tally and tracking expenses.
  2. Support preparation of client bills, vendor payments, and employee reimbursements under guidance.
  3. Gain exposure to GST, TDS, payroll, and other compliance-related processes.
  4. Collaborate with the Accounts department for documentation and reconciliations as required.

Note:

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with Tally is an advantage but not mandatory.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Prior experience in office administration preferred; willingness to learn basicaccounting tasks is required.
