As we expand into the product segment with the launch of our patented technology, we are excited to invite a passionate and creative Junior Architect to join our dynamic design team. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to project execution and develop innovative architectural solutions. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with senior architects, designers, and project managers to develop architectural designs and construction plans. Prepare and modify architectural drawings, layouts, and detailed construction documents using software like Lumion, AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp. Assist in conceptualizing and visualizing designs, including 3D models and renderings. Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure designs align with project requirements and execution. Work closely with the construction team to address design-related issues and challenges during project execution. Research and apply relevant building codes, regulations, and standards—including the National Building Code (NBC)—to ensure compliance and functionality. Skilled in preparing comprehensive masterplans that integrate zoning, circulation, landscape, and infrastructure considerations. Present design concepts and plans to clients, team members, and other stakeholders. Participate in design reviews and provide innovative ideas to optimize project outcomes. Assist in preparing project proposals, including conceptual designs and cost estimations. Stay updated on architectural trends, materials, and technologies to enhance design quality. Coordinate with external consultants, including structural engineers and MEP professionals, to integrate designs seamlessly. Skills and Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch.) equivalent qualification. 2–4 years of professional experience in architectural design and construction. Proficiency in design software : Lumion , AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Suite. Knowledge of civil construction processes and materials. Strong understanding of building codes and regulations. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. A keen eye or detail and creative problem-solving abilities.

Our capabilities enable us to handle multi-dimensional, large-scale assignments that make us notable and provide holistic solutions under one roof. Key Responsibilities: Accounting Responsibilities: Maintain detailed and organized records of all financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Prepare and generate comprehensive financial reports on a regular basis, providing stakeholders with insights into the company's financial health and performance. Conduct regular reconciliation of accounts to identify and resolve discrepancies, ensuring the integrity of financial data. Ensure compliance with financial regulations, standards, and internal policies to mitigate risks and maintain legal compliance. Assist auditors by providing necessary documentation, explanations, and support during financial audits to ensure smooth and efficient audit processes. Assist in analysing financial data, including budgeting and forecasting, to understand financial health and support decision-making on invoices and payments, among other areas. Manage tax-related matters for the company, including calculations, filings, and compliance with tax laws, to minimize tax liabilities and optimize financial planning. Reconcile cash transactions regularly to ensure accuracy and proper recording of cash flows within the organization. Process and submit tax payments to relevant government authorities in a timely and accurate manner, avoiding penalties or fines. Handle payroll processing activities, including calculations, deductions, and disbursements, ensuring timely and accurate payment to employees. Reconcile Goods and Services Tax (GST) transactions with financial records to ensure accuracy and compliance with tax regulations. Manage Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) reconciliation processes, verifying deductions and ensuring compliance with TDS regulations. Process payments to vendors and suppliers in accordance with contractual agreements and payment terms, maintaining positive relationships and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services. Administrative Responsibilities: Manage office and contract inventory by tracking supplies, placing orders, and coordinating with site execution teams to ensure timely delivery. Maintain and update internal databases and employee records, ensuring data security and compliance with record-keeping standards. Coordinate travel bookings, meeting schedules, and company events while optimizing cost and logistics. Track administrative expenses and identify areas for cost control, contributing to overall budget efficiency. Ensure a professional front-desk experience for visitors and assist in maintaining smooth daily office operations. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in accounting roles. Proficient in Tally Prime; knowledge of QuickBooks or SAP is a plus. Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills. High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of tax laws, compliance, and general office administration best practices.
