To be the face of the Exim department with other departments and also to ensure effective reporting of the marketing department and it’s functioning to the Management. l. Implement the planning for the shipment and buffer stock to be maintained in for the regular customer and order. m. Handling walk in customers if required n. Cost control in the department activities. o. Assign / Monitor the day to day work in the department and conduct the meeting in the department on weekly basis.
