The ideal candidate should be passionate about brand storytelling, audience engagement, and performance-driven campaigns tailored to each industry. You’ll be responsible for content creation, social media management, paid ad campaigns, influencer coordination, and marketing strategies across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Google. Key Responsibilities Strategy & Planning Develop brand-specific monthly content calendars for each business vertical Plan, strategize, and execute multi-platform social media campaigns Adapt marketing tone and visuals for different industries Content Creation Coordinate creation of reels, stories, carousels, and banners for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc. Write engaging captions, CTAs, and copy tailored to each audience Capture and edit photo/video content (on-site at salon, restaurant, property site, or cafe as needed) Use tools like Canva, CapCut, Lightroom, or Adobe Suite Analytics & Reporting Track and analyze engagement, reach, impressions, and lead conversions Generate monthly performance reports with actionable insights Use social media analytics tools (Meta Insights, Google Analytics, etc.) to optimize future campaigns Community Management Monitor inboxes, comments, and DMs across platforms Engage with followers, respond to queries, and maintain positive brand image Manage Google My Business profiles and respond to reviews (restaurant, cafe, real estate) Paid Campaigns & Ads Set up and manage paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube pre-rolls, etc.) Monitor budgets, ROAS, CPL (Cost per Lead), and optimize ad performance A/B test creatives and audiences for best results Influencer & Partnership Marketing Collaborate with travel bloggers, beauty influencers, food critics, or real estate agents for industry-specific brand campaigns Negotiate deliverables and monitor ROI from influencer engagements Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Benefits: Paid time off Work Location: In person

This role involves a blend of general administration , bookkeeping , and statutory compliance , including corporate GST filing and TDS deductions (especially rent-related TDS under Section 194-I) . The ideal candidate is organized, experienced in handling both backend office functions and finance-related tasks, and has a strong understanding of Indian accounting practices and statutory filing procedures. Key Responsibilities Administrative Support Manage office documentation, correspondence, and scheduling Respond to internal and external queries via phone/email professionally Maintain records, organize files, and manage day-to-day office operations Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams Maintain inventory of office supplies and place orders when needed Accounting & Bookkeeping Record and reconcile day-to-day financial transactions (sales, purchases, receipts, and payments) Maintain ledger accounts and assist in cash flow tracking Prepare and maintain monthly MIS reports and expense summaries Coordinate with external accountants for monthly/quarterly reports GST & TDS Compliance Prepare and file monthly/quarterly corporate GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, etc.) Ensure timely reconciliation of GSTR-2B and purchase registers Handle TDS calculations and filings , including: TDS on rent (Section 194-I) Contractor and professional services TDS Generation of Form 16A and Form 26Q Maintain compliance with deadlines and prepare documents for audit or regulatory review Coordinate with CA/consultant for annual filings and assessments Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, Finance, or related field 1–3 years of experience in accounting and administrative roles Strong knowledge of GST laws, TDS provisions , and general Indian taxation Experience with accounting software like Tally Proficient in MS Excel and Word Good understanding of compliance calendars and statutory deadlines Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines Excellent communication and organizational skills Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Benefits: Paid time off Work Location: In person
