Accounts Receivable Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• :Manage the end-to-end accounts receivable process including invoicing, payment posting, and reconciliation using Zoho Books or Zoho ERP
• .Generate and dispatch accurate invoices on time while maintaining compliance with organizational policies
• .Proactively monitor outstanding customer balances and execute timely follow-up actions to ensure healthy cash flow
• .Address and resolve customer billing inquiries and disputes, maintaining a professional and constructive communication tone
• .Maintain detailed records of all transactions, and ensure data accuracy within Zoho financial platforms
• .Collaborate closely with Sales and Customer Service teams to reconcile accounts and streamline billing processes
• .Prepare periodic receivables aging reports and other financial reports for management review
• .Support month-end and year-end closing activities related to accounts receivable
• .Ensure adherence to relevant accounting standards and internal controls
• .Manage documentation and empanelment process for clients to ensure compliance and smooth onboarding
• .Conduct regular reconciliation of Form 26AS with receivables to ensure accuracy and compliance with tax regulations

.Qualifications & Skill

• s:Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or related disciplin
• e.Proven experience managing accounts receivable functions, preferably using Zoho Finance softwar
• e.Strong proficiency in Zoho Books, Zoho ERP, or similar accounting/ERP softwar
• e.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with clients and internal stakeholder
• s.Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reportin
• g.Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilitie
• s.Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced finance environmen
• t.Proficient in MS Excel and other business productivity tool
