Accounts Payable Specialist

As an Accounts Associate, the candidate will handle the entire Finance and Accounts-related operations for the entire Tricog group, in line with group practices and controls. The candidate should adhere to the internal control framework with a view to ensuring adherence to the process, their monitoring, periodic review, and update.

Key Activities include:

• Maintenance of books as per applicable financial reporting standards, handling statutory and internal audits on a periodic basis for different businesses carried out by the company in different geographies
• Ensuring all statutory compliances applicable to the organization
• Coordinate with tax and legal consultants for accounting, taxation, and all other legal matters
• Act as a business finance Associate, manage day-to-day operations, and assist the operations team with decision-making on purchases, sales, and handle all queries with respect to billing, collections, vendor payments, etc.
• Handle the accounts payable process, ensure clearance of vendor bills, in accordance with accounting standards, statutory compliances, and processes defined in the department.
• Handling timely and accurate reimbursements of travel and other expenses - review of expense reports, processing the reimbursements and completing the accounting. Explore and implement efficient processes and tools to bring overall efficiency in the area.
• Responsible for handling all customer and vendor-related queries
• Assist in building MIS on a timely and accurate basis for consolidation at the group level on monthly/quarterly/annual basis as per Tricog global MIS standards.
• Any other area having a financial impact.

Requirements:

• B.Com / MBA with 1-3 Years of Experience in Finance and Accounting stream
• Solid knowledge of financial and accounting procedures
• MS Excel skills and strong experience of working with other MS Office applications.
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills
