Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Manager to oversee our finance and accounting operations. This is an excellent opportunity for a junior Chartered Accountant (CA) or a finance professional with strong accounting and compliance expertise who is ready to take on a managerial role. The candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounts, compliance, reporting, and supporting financial decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting operations, including book-keeping, reconciliations, and general ledger management.
• Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, and monthly/quarterly management reports.
• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory requirements.
• Oversee accounting records and reporting in Tally, Zoho Books, or ERP systems.
• Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and regulatory authorities.
• Prepare and monitor budgets, forecasts, and cash flows.
• Implement and strengthen internal controls, processes, and compliance systems.
• Support management with financial analysis, cost efficiency tracking, and business decisions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Chartered Accountant (CA) preferred; CAs with 3–5 years of post-qualification experience are encouraged to apply.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, compliance, GST, TDS, and Income Tax.
• Proficiency in Tally, Zoho Books, and ERP/accounting software.
• Strong MS Excel skills; working knowledge of Word and PowerPoint.
• Analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to manage deadlines, work independently, and handle pressure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
