Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Accounts Manager located in Mumbai. The Accounts Manager will be responsible for managing financial accounts, preparing financial statements, monitoring budgets, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Additional day-to-day tasks include overseeing billing, collections, and payroll, as well as coordinating with auditors and tax advisors. The role also involves analyzing financial data to support business decisions.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of financial accounting, budgeting, and financial statement preparation
• Experience in billing, collections, and payroll management
• Proficiency with financial software and Excel
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Professional certification (CPA or equivalent) is a plus
• Experience in the real estate industry is beneficial
• In-depth knowledge of TDS, GST & other relevant taxation
