Purpose of Position:

Responsible for daily Accounting transactions perform bank and account reconciliations, ensuring timely compliance of taxation procedures and other statutory compliances. Coordination with internal and external auditors

Key Job Responsibilities:

1. Daily entry of Accounting transactions

(a) Entry of receipts

(b) Entry of Payments

(c) Recording of Journal Entries

(d) Bank transactions

(e) Petty Cash

2. Performing reconciliations

(a) Ledger Accounts

(b) Banks

3. Payment processing

(a) Vendor and other payments

(b) Salary payments

4. Taxation formalities and compliances

(a) Filing GST one week prior to date of GSTR – 1 & GSTR – 3B every month

(b) Filing TDS 3 days prior to last date every month

(c) PF return 3 days prior to last date every month

5. Coordination with Bank & Working Capital Management

(a) Make bank deposits and receipts of money

(b) Resolve bank issues

(c) Managing overdraft and annual target for Working Capital

6. MIS

(a) Generation of MIS pertaining to receivables, payables etc.

(b) Prepares cash Flow & Fund flow statement.

(c) Profit & Loss account

7. HR

(a) Attendance Management

(b) Timely payroll

(c) HRIS Management

Key Competencies:

1. Good Communication Skills I.e. should be able to communicate well both in Hindi as well as in English language.

2. Good knowledge of Accounting

3. Self-Starter able to work on own initiative and independently

4. Disciplined with Strong presence and influencing skills

Candidate Profile:

1. The incumbent should be male.

2. Should be in the age bracket of 25-35 years.

3. Should have knowledge of Tally9 ERP and Ms-Office 2007/2010

4. Minimum qualification should be Commerce graduate.

5. Minimum experience required is 6 years or above.

6. Should have handled team

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
