The Person Should be Able to fulfill all the accounting jobs, Kra of Accounts GSTR-1 (1st to 10 th of every month after reconcile sales invoices & related works) GSTR-2 ( RECONCILIATION 14th to 18th of every months to check proper gst in purchase & expenses invoices ) GSTR-3B ( on or before 20th of every months after RCM, GST-1 OR 2 PROPER RECONCILE) Submission of TDS TCS CHALLAN ( on or before 6th of every months after check all TDS ,TCS entry) TDS RETURN PREPARE & SUBMISSION ( 30TH OF EVERY QTR) TCS RETURN PREPARE & SUBMISSION ( 15TH OF EVERY QTR ) Entry of purchase invoice ( DAILLY) Entry of TDS ( DAILY) Entry of receipt ( DAILLY ) Entry of payments ( DAILLY ) Entry of debit note Entry of credit note ENTRY OF DAY BOOK ( ( DAILLY ) Maintain inventory in excel (till neha takes over) Submission of debtors, creditors to the central bank of india on or before 5 of the every month DEBTORS LIST ( EVERY WEEK MONDAY) TNPL I&II TDS DETAILS Making invoices (e-invoice,tally invoice,ewb) in the absence of billing employees. Maintaining accounts filling ( DAILLY )
