Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Manager based in Mumbai. The Account Manager will be responsible for financial accounting, managing client accounts, developing and maintaining client relationships, providing travel solutions, handling customer queries, processing bookings, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role involves collaborating with internal teams, handling negotiations with suppliers, and meeting sales targets. Qualifications Strong client relationship management and customer service skills Experience in handling travel bookings and reservations, including air tickets, hotels, and car rentals Knowledge of travel insurance and foreign exchange processes Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Relevant experience in the travel industry is preferred Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, Tourism, or related field
